Our client wanted to add a cellar door to his popular, established winery.

Working with a simple brief and a strong vision, we collaborated to produce a unique design that met his requirements while incorporating sustainable building practices and attaining development approval. We then managed the construction through to completion, achieving the finished product on time and within budget.

Pier Projects delivered a new 750m2 cellar door with high-end materials and finishes. The building’s feature item is a two level concrete spine spanning 53 metres, which we built in situ with all off-white form concrete. We managed construction through to delivery, completing the finished product on time and within budget.

We used our strong strategic planning and stakeholder coordination skills to ensure transparency to the client and efficiently achieve delivery.

The project’s excellence was recognised at the 2019 MBA Awards, winning both the ACT and National Awards for commercial buildings under $5 million.
