Completing significant building work at a restaurant while it continues trading can be a complicated and stressful undertaking. Pier took this complication in their stride, working with our team to deliver the project with as minimal impact as possible to our business. The construction team quickly recognised that I knew what I was wanting to achieve as an end result and cooperated in such a collaborative way to achieve that vision despite me probably causing them many sleepless nights. The combination of the building fabric and interior design meshed so well and combined with the delivery of the construction has culminated in a building that has exceeded my expectations, a first since I entered the construction industry in 1968.
